Context.

In preparation for a re-launch, the Zurich-based founders of this brilliant, boutique, financial services consultancy came to 17days for help with naming, value proposition and brand identity. The consultancy operates in a fascinating space, working as an agile, outsourced provider of cutting-edge advice, operational support and software solutions for traditional centralised businesses, and de-centralised businesses embracing web3 and blockchain technologies and approaches.

In+On’s True Story.

The founders described how their specialist work brought a ‘glow’ of enlightenment, energy and growth to the companies they partner with. The new identity needed to feel sharp, technical and expert, and at the same time warm and collaborative. Our workshops continually reinforced the idea of partnership, and ‘coming together’ to drive progress. This was the rationale behind the naming and ‘plus’ mark…

‘In+On’ refers to how the consultancy gets ‘in’ a clients business and stays ‘on’ all the opportunities that arise. The plus mark is made of two parts representing the consultancy and the client, coming together to create positivity and growth.

We spoke with the founders about their philosophy and approach. In the world of decentralised finance, there is often talk of ‘the river’ that runs between the old way of thinking about finance, and the new way. In+On have a different point of view, advocating a new era where there is no old and new - there is no river - just ‘the best way to do things here and now’. This led us to a new innovation and thought leadership hub concept called, ‘NoRiverLabs’.

The founders described their iterative approach to client solutions with the phrase, ‘Build. Burn. Rebuild.’ We liked the energy and warmth of this phrase and recommended using it as the title for In+On’s agile way of working. We created sub-brands for NoRiverLabs and Build. Burn. Rebuild to drive intrigue and standout in comms.
