Context.

Based in Zurich, Inspired is a global online platform where innovators, investors and collaborators connect to turn world-changing ideas into real impact. 17days was invited to bring a new depth and energy to the Inspired brand story and identity as the organisation prepared to revamp it’s UX, online presence and content. This is a business with huge global ambition, incredible integrity and a real appreciation for the power of ‘brand’. It was a pleasure to work on something so purposeful, for a team with such passion.

The Inspired True Story.

Our workshops with the leadership team revealed the technical and aspirational details of the Inspired value proposition: a social platform where disruptive ideas are shared, created, funded and developed for the benefit of a better world.. 17days crafted a new Inspired story and a fresh set of values to bring impact and consistency to the brand’s ongoing comms. As we refined the story together, we tightened our focused on the sparks of ideas that are exposed, explored and expanded with the energy and support of the Inspired community. This concept of ‘expansive energy’ became central to the development of the brand’s new visual identity. 

Impact.

We built a versatile system of rich, sophisticated and expansive gradients drawing from a colour palette that is both natural and energised. With these gradients we captured the journey of an idea and a feeling of momentum and growth. These expansive gradients are the bedrock of the brand’s visual identity, working beautifully in iconic, static and animated form, and bringing a distinctive visual layer to work alongside copy, photography and video content.
